Technical Expertise

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex Infrastructure, Networks & Cloud systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to assess technology requirements and solutions.
• Physical deployment of vendor hardware in customer server cabinets
• Remote deployments of new implementations and upgrades for customers
• Troubleshooting 3^rd line Infrastructure issues and escalating within the team when applicable
• Familiarity with change control processes

Experience with industry standard and Nimbus technology including:

• Microsoft, VMware, HP, Aruba, Watchguard, Draytek, Veeam technology
• Networking & the configuration of Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Storage and Wi-Fi
• Design, Implementation and Support of clustered virtualisation solutions (VMWare & Hyper-V)
• Managing Active Directory domains across multiple sites
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory & M365 solutions including implementation and administration of Email, Security, MFA, Applications and Policies

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 years implementing and supporting a broad range of infrastructure services.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, security and cloud methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management frameworks is a plus.
• Full driving licence and access to vehicle, regular site visits and onsite work maybe required.
