Nimbus are delighted to be the preferred IT supplier to all the venues which includes the Nomadic and Titanic Exhibition Centre (TEC) within Queens Island providing support on a 27x7x365 basis.
This support includes the provision of dedicated onsite technical resources at the above attractions. Management of all day to day IT Infrastructure & end user support queries through our award-winning service desk software.

During our long-term partnership Nimbus have completed a range of projects for the group including a Virtual Server Tech refresh, Windows 10 refresh, WiFi upgrades and a full migration to the Microsoft365 Platform. We have also completed a Back up and Disaster Recovery Planning & Testing solution and provide build and assistance for IT requirements for events.
