    Job Description

    Overview

    We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to join our growing team.       Main Duties / Areas of Responsibility (List is not exhaustive)

      Main Responsibilities

      • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and clients to support the business.
      • Playing your part in the business support process.
      • Administrative support across multiple departments.

      SELECTION CRITERIA:

      Key Skills

      • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
      • Excellent attention to detail
      • Confident using systems and tools, with the ability to learn new ones quickly
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Experience handling inbound and outbound customer telephone calls, adept at managing queries and resolving issues for high satisfaction.
      • Able to work independently with initiative and self-motivation, as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
      • Handles confidential information with discretion, managing sensitive data according to organisational policies.

       

      Desirable Experience

      • Experience supporting multiple products or services
      • Experience working in an environment with new and evolving processes
      • Resilient under pressure — remains calm remains calm and effective during busy periods
      • Team oriented but independent — able to work collaboratively while also managing own workload
      • Experience of working across the multiple departments effectively
