With over 17 stores across the island of Ireland, Boojum is Ireland’s most loved Mexican-inspired burrito chain. With their restaurants re-opening after the easing of COVID restrictions and ambitious expansion goals, Boojum needed a Specialist IT Partner to assist them with these goals.

Boojum requested Nimbus to carry out an audit of their IT systems, to organise their comms unit and to identify issues with their wifi signal and strength in their Head Office.

Having several different stores to manage meant that Boojum needed wifi that was fast, reliable and secure. We were able to provide a 4G Wifi Router which was much stronger than the previous router and has helped with any slow connection problems that they had previously been experiencing.

For the comms cabinet refresh, our engineers were able to organise and tidy the cabinet to make it much easier to see where the cables were leading to. The cabinet was also colour coded so that Boojum staff were able to identify where each cable leads to if there is ever an issue. We also provided a little colour-coded cheat sheet to help
