This option provides an onsite technical specialist on a full-time basis of five days per week. The resource acts as part of the customer team and works directly with the team on all areas of IT services while reporting into the Head of IT or relevant authority.   

This option provides a remote team of our infrastructure specialists with priority and dedicated access during business hours.  There is a lead consultant who is the primary point of contact who would report into the Head of IT or relevant authority 




Hybrid Onsite

& Remote 




This option provides a mix of onsite and remote support by combining an agreed number of days per week at the client site and the other days facilitated remotely during business hours. There is a lead consultant who is the primary point of contact who would report into the Head of IT or relevant authority.

Agreed onsite days can be used for whatever the business requires (support, meetings, project, moves and changes) 

Unlimited incidents could be raised for support via telephone, email or remote assistance
